Cliff Chiung Yu Lin is a seasoned software engineer with over 14 years of relevant experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently, he is working as the Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, where he is involved in the development of deep learning cloud services for Salesforce Einstein. Cliff has previously worked on several high-profile projects, including enterprise artificial intelligence at Salesforce, deep learning at MetaMind (acquired by Salesforce), search technology at Google, and artificial intelligence at Stanford. He has also worked on electronics design automation at National Taiwan University. At MetaMind, Cliff was a Senior Software Engineer, where he handled deep learning projects and cloud services. He was responsible for improving data management frontend performance, designing task tracking and management systems, training convolutional neural networks for image classification projects, and developing logging and visualization code for tracking image classification mistakes.
