Jishnu Krishnan K is an experienced data analytics engineer with a passion for solving complex problems in the financial analytics domain. With 2.7 years of experience as a data analyst, Jishnu has delivered multiple data integration and transformation engagements by implementing best-in-class standards and services in financial data analytics. Currently working as an Alteryx Data Engineer at Accion Labs, Jishnu is involved in the SOX Management (Risk Analytics) project. He works with US engagement teams to develop data cleansing, validation, and loading workflows as per business rules. Additionally, he has developed an 'Issue tracker system' for raising issues, viewing status, resource allocation, and sending email notifications using Power platform tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI. In the past, Jishnu has worked with BDO Rise and EY as an Associate Analyst and Associate Data Analyst, respectively. At BDO Rise, Jishnu worked in the Tax Performance Engineering Department, automating tax solutions using Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau. He also developed dashboards for the HR team to get insights about hiring status and solutions for capturing workflow execution log details and documentation of Alteryx workflows. At EY, Jishnu worked in digital transformation and process automation for financial audit procedures under the Americas team. He prepared reports for General Ledger Analysis, Sub ledger Analysis, and Custom Analysis for multiple Fortune 500 clients pertaining to their channel-1 regulatory audits and financial statement analysis. Jishnu also worked directly with on-shore US Audit teams to understand key data pointers and risk areas to focus on the client data. Jishnu holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. He is skilled in data engineering, integration, and SQL. With relevant experience of 4.11 years, Jishnu is eager to apply his knowledge, creativity, and analytical skills to solve complex problems and grow intellectually and professionally in the financial analytics domain.
