Pragati Sharma is a strategic HR leader with over 8 years of experience in HR transformation, organizational development, and HR analytics. Currently, she is working as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Conduent, where she provides day-to-day performance management guidance to the business's management personnel through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
