Pramod R is a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for the automobile and manufacturing industry. With 2.36 years of experience, he has a strong background in mechanical design and analysis, production and manufacturing, additive manufacturing, electric mobility, and graphic design. Currently working as a Product Development Engineer at 3d printzkart, Pramod is responsible for designing products for additive manufacturing using Autodesk Fusion 360, 3D printing (FDM & SLA), and slicing (STL). He also has experience in firmware development and product design and development. Prior to his current role, Pramod worked as an Assistant Intern in the Engineering Department at Maini Precision Products. Here, he gained knowledge on manufacturing process analysis and lean manufacturing. He also learned about Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T). Pramod was also a Technical Team Member (SAE Baja) at Redline Racing, where he was the co-captain of the SAE collegiate club. He was the brakes sub-department lead and was responsible for designing a brake system for an ATV using SolidWorks and ANSYS software. He also participated in national-level ATV competitions, including BAJA SAE-India (2018), BAJA SAE-India (2019), and Mega ATV Championship (2020). Pramod holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from K S Institute of Technology, Bangalore, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. In addition to his technical skills, Pramod is also a product designer and research scientist. He is a self-motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic person who is always searching for opportunities to showcase his skills and gain learning experience in a challenging environment.
