Ranjini UV is an accomplished product manager with a passion for finding solutions to complex problems. With over 5.5 years of experience as a software engineer, she has worked across a spectrum of companies ranging from Retail to Video Conferencing Analytical tools. Her engineering background gives her a strong technical foothold, while her inherent nature of "getting things done, RIGHT!" helps her in envisioning and building user-friendly and technically premier solutions. Currently working as a Product Manager AI at ipro, Ranjini has spearheaded the agile team in redesigning the UI architecture of the GoToWebinar Analytics website, aiding 2.7 million webinar hosts to access and share live reports with 60 million webinar attendees. She has authored the technical specification documents (TSD) by collecting requirements from the product team and coached and collaborated with over 15+ team members to improve their front-end skill set. Before joining ipro, Ranjini worked as a Product Manager at invent.us, where she led the front-end engineering team of Promotion price strategy website (SPA) recovering 8-million-pound losses. She designed the scalable cost price website database (SQL) architecture to maintain 10 million customers' data and developed automation scripts for integration and deployment (CICD) achieving 100% efficiency. She regularly communicated the product development status to the senior management teams and was awarded for "Best Communication and oratory Skills" in the annual Director's meet. Ranjini also has experience as a Software Engineer at logmein, where she worked on Quality Information System, a system that stores quality and sales quality of products, including different stages of testing out the products in stores and their corresponding market data and performance. She worked on UI development using JavaScript and .NET and worked on SQL stored procedures and jobs and querying data in real-time business scenarios. Ranjini holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Washington, where she graduated in June 2021. She also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Dayananda Sagar University. Her technical skills include AI, product management, frontend, SQL, UI, software engineering, integration, test, and JavaScript. With 6.77 years of relevant experience, Ranjini is open to full-time opportunities and is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges.
