Additionally, he built a tool to collect 250+ news daily from 80+ websites for a startup networking platform, gaining exposure to BeautifulSoup, requests, urllib, and Selenium webdriver. Prior to his current role, Gagan was a Member at Business Club, IIT, where he participated in sessions and learned fundamentals of finance and economics. He also analyzed some top players of different markets using SWOT analysis and solved some amazing case studies and few guesstimates. As a Marketing Executive at Technex, IIT, he collaborated with corporates, banks, and MSMEs and raised sponsorship for the festival. He generated leads using social media platforms as well as through local fundraising and raised a fund of INR 10 lakhs, working in a team of 12.
