Aaditya Mittal is a driven and ambitious student with a passion for entrepreneurship and mechanical engineering. He currently works as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Bombardier, where he has been trained in the Bogie department, manufacturing different types of bogies for metro projects around the world. Aaditya has successfully helped the management reduce costs by 7% and increase efficiency by 15% by identifying and eliminating inefficient practices. Previously, Aaditya has also worked as a PSAC Representative and Senator at the Illinois Institute of Technology. As a PSAC Representative, he was a member of the WIIT executive board, responsible for communicating updates of PSAC to the organization. He was also the tie-breaker vote in case of a stalemate and was involved in interviewing and selecting new radio show hosts. As a Senator, Aaditya acted as a bridge between the administration and students, reflecting and presenting the opinions of the students to the University administration. He also voted on new student organizations and monitored the performance of existing ones. Aaditya worked within the academic affairs committee on projects to make the students feel less stressed by academics. Aaditya holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he also served as a Senator and PSAC Representative. He has also completed a Nanodegree in Business Analytics from Udacity. Prior to his higher education, Aaditya completed his +1 and +2 education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Engineering Graphics from New Era Senior Secondary School. He also completed his 2nd grade to 10th grade education from Delhi Public School Vadodara. With relevant experience of 5.68 years, Aaditya is a dynamic and versatile individual with a strong work ethic. He is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in his career.
