Aaditya is a passionate educator and technology enthusiast with over 6 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Co-Founder of rock and anchor, where he leads the development of innovative educational workshops for outdoor learning. Aaditya's interest in technology started when he learned HTML from W3 Schools and was amazed at how a few lines of code could create beautiful websites. This drove him to learn coding languages, tips, and tricks, and engage in technology discussions online. He graduated with a Bachelors of Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, where he honed his skills in Javascript, React Native, Web, ReactJS, iOS, Mobile, PHP, Redux, Typescript, Research Scientist, MySQL, and Jenkins. Besides his passion for technology, Aaditya is also dedicated to teaching. He has taught street children how to operate and use computers and held theory sessions and workshops about the importance and significance of computing at schools and organizations in Mumbai. He finds joy in helping students unlock their potential and inspiring them to find their true calling. Aaditya's past experiences include working as an Automation Engineer/Plant Growth Manager at RootHouse, where he helped grow herbs and greens in an automated hydroponics setup, and as a Disaster Rescue/Relief/Rehabilitation worker at thecyclewala, where he carried out relief and rehabilitation work in Chiplun and neighboring villages during the Chiplun floods in July 2021. In his free time, Aaditya enjoys cooking for friends and family, cycling around the city, hiking peaks, fixing gadgets, and playing chess. He is interested in Education, Clean Energy, Food, and Healthcare and is always looking for ways to make a positive impact in these areas.
