Aaditya Singh is a highly motivated Research Engineer Intern at Amazon with a keen interest in Perception and Machine Learning. He is currently working towards unsupervised anomaly detection with the AWS AI Computer Vision Science team, where he is gaining valuable experience in the field. Aaditya has a strong academic background, having graduated from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, with a major in Electrical Engineering. He is currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, where he is advised by Prof. Judy Hoffman. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Computer Vision course instructed by Prof. Hoffman, Aaditya has honed his teaching skills and helped over 150 students to achieve their academic goals. Prior to his internship at Amazon, Aaditya worked as a Software Engineer at IBM in the Artificial Intelligence for Business Automation Department. Here, he implemented the BERT-based DITTO algorithm for detecting semantically identical textual entities in E-Commerce data. He also conducted finetuning experiments with Transformer networks for sentiment analysis on GLUE Code-Switched corpus and developed Watson Orchestrate agents for addressing natural language user queries in real-time on Microsoft Teams. Aaditya's technical skills are diverse and include expertise in Research Scientist, AWS, AI, Computer Vision, ML, BERT, Sentiment Analysis, and Corpus. With 1.44 years of relevant experience, Aaditya has proven himself to be a dedicated and hardworking individual who is always eager to learn and grow.
