Aaditya strongly believes that the Indian B2B builder story is just getting started and has put his money where his mouth is by moving back from Silicon Valley to Bangalore. He sees a lot of raw talent, energy, hustle, and gung-ho attitude in the Indian tech scene. Aaditya has a diverse background, having worked at Yahoo and Oracle, as well as some startups as an early employee. He co-founded and built Calm.io (formerly Idea Device), which was later acquired by Nutanix. He has worked in Infra/Cloud Automation, Telemedicine, Search Engine, social networking platforms, web development, Security, and ERP. Aaditya is a software zymurgist who enjoys brewing up tasty code and functionality. Aaditya's interests lie in programming languages such as C/C++/Java/Python//SQL/Shell, Cloud, Unix, Web Servers, Databases, Design, Architecture, Scalability (horizontal & vertical), and Security. Aaditya's past companies include Nutanix, where he was the VP & GM for Nutanix Calm (Automation, DevOps, & multi-cloud control plane) and Nutanix Karbon (fully managed Kubernetes on Nutanix with PaaS services). He ran Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales for these two products, with dotted line into Marketing. He was also the CEO, CTO & Co-founder of Calm.io, where he was involved from product conceptualization stage to execution, sales, marketing, and management.
