Aakaar Gandhi is a co-founder of unberry, a highly gamified and immersive assessment suite that helps companies identify the best available talent and nurture them. With a design-led, tech-first, and highly experiential assessment stack, unberry generates extremely reliable people insights that are far better predictors of real-world outcomes for hiring while assessing talent. Aakaar is passionate about making data-driven decisions to build the most efficient and new-age hiring experience, moving over the traditional gut-based hiring approach. Prior to his work with unberry, Aakaar co-founded Grappus, a digital experience design and development studio known for its unique approach to solving complex business problems. At Grappus, he was responsible for leading the company as a creative agency, engineering firm, and product consultancy. Aakaar is a hustler at heart and is passionate about creating products that solve complex business problems. Aakaar's experience also includes serving as the Head of Global Sales at Vahdam India, where he was responsible for developing and executing the company's global sales strategy. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi, and a Commerce with Economics degree from The Shri Ram School Aravali. With 8.43 years of relevant experience, Aakaar is an expert in building and empowering HR and TA by helping make better, faster, and smarter talent decisions.
