Aakanksha Sadekar is a leadership and career growth mentor with extensive cross-cultural expertise spanning 31 countries and 6 languages. With professional experience as one of the few females in the oil and gas industry, she has established India's fastest-growing non-profit organization and built India's first and largest online women's-only community in 2016. Aakanksha has personally built offline businesses as a trained petroleum engineer with a double master's degree from some of the top colleges in the UK. She has given a TEDx talk at 23 and has been featured by Forbes and all leading media houses globally. Aakanksha has been on the forefront of building teams and making revenue when the world was at a standstill and is now guiding others to do the same. Currently working as the Chief Operations Officer in stealth mode, Aakanksha is working on making Indians healthy again with 100% natural, sugar-free, and preservative-free products. She has previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Purshottam Malati Foundation, building India's first and largest a-political, a-religious community kitchens across the country, working towards UN SDG Goal 1 (No Poverty) and Goal 2 (Zero Hunger). Aakanksha has also worked as a Country Manager in the oil and gas industry. Aakanksha's education history includes a master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, a Master of Science degree from Robert Gordon University, and a high school diploma in Physical Sciences from Aberdeen Grammar School. Her tech stack includes deep learning, and she has relevant experience of 8.68 years. Aakanksha's aim is to help women excel in their zone and build a community where there is complete freedom to express. She is not one to put out fluff content or fool anyone into believing she can lead them from point A to B without having done so herself.
