Aakash Jain is a highly skilled SDET with over 7 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at edgeverve systems ltd., an Infosys company. Aakash is an expert in test automation and has extensive experience in using various automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman API Scripting, Webdriver I/O, Python, and RestAssured API Automation. At edgeverve systems ltd., Aakash has played a key role in implementing TOSCA for test automation, automating different applications like PuTTY, Oracle Forms, and Excels. He has also implemented key TOSCA features in projects such as Requirement Mapping, Test Case Design, Test Case Execution, and Modules. Aakash has been involved in scanning modules and posting defects and has implemented custom/extensible web-based automated reporting for TOSCA across different projects using Oracle. Aakash has also been involved in PoC activities for extending TOSCA into new technological areas. He has performed Automation lead activities like managing and reporting and has also played an automation engineer to build and execute test cases using TOSCA. Aakash has worked on different bug tracking and agile project management software/tools such as ALM, Rally, and IBM QC. Aakash holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. His technical skills include test automation, SDET, software engineering, Selenium, Python, and web development. Aakash is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who is always willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
