Aakash Singh is a passionate software engineer with expertise in backend technologies and system design. He is currently working as a Backend Software Engineer at Gojek, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining the GoPay platform. Aakash has experience working on various full-stack projects and legacy systems, which has taught him the importance of good low and high-level design with a focus on testability and maintainability. Aakash is proficient in several programming languages and tools, including Golang, Sveltekit, Github CI/CD, Heroku, and Python. He is interested in working on systems that touch millions of lives and is always looking for new challenges to expand his skillset. Prior to his current role, Aakash worked as a Software Engineer at Arcesium, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining various systems. He worked on several projects, including Data Ingress Multitenancy, Kubernetes and Docker, Improved Observability, and Framework for Generating Reports. He has experience with AWS, Elastic Search, Kibana, Logstash, Datadog, and several other tools and technologies. Aakash is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology. He also completed his CBSE Class 12 and CBSE Class 10 from Ryan International School, Noida. Aakash's technical skills include software engineering, backend development, AWS, Python, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Docker, Golang, Spring, microservices, Word2Vec, Redis, Javascript, neural networks, MongoDB, search, Flask, integration, and frontend development.
