Aamir Zaidi is an experienced HR Recruiter with a passion for recruitment and retention. He is currently working as a Team Lead for Recruitment and Retention at Paytm, where he is responsible for hiring Sales Executives for Pan India and conducting vendor drives. Aamir has been with Paytm for several years, starting as a Senior Associate and working his way up to his current position. Before joining Paytm, Aamir worked as a Recruitment Executive at Accenture, where he was responsible for conducting service executive level hiring and coordinating hiring for candidates across different performance levels with definite skill sets required in Customer Care, BFSI, and Finance & Accounting amongst others. Aamir also screened resumes, conducted various rounds of interviews at different levels, and evaluated the same as a part of the selection process. He even conducted “Voice auditions” to assess an applicant’s “telephone personality” (VERSANT AUDITIONS & BERLITZ). Aamir's education background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Noida. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Labour Law from Ch. Charan Singh University and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business/Commerce, General from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. Additionally, Aamir completed his Ssc 12th from the Central Board of Secondary Education. With 5.87 years of relevant experience, Aamir has developed a strong understanding of the recruitment process and has a proven track record of success. He is a skilled communicator and has a talent for building relationships with candidates, vendors, and colleagues. Aamir is a dedicated team player who is always looking for ways to improve processes and achieve better results.
