Currently, he is serving as an Associate Director of Program Management at Zeta, where he is responsible for developing program plans, formulating go-to-market strategies, and preparing business models. Aankur's professional journey has been marked by his entrepreneurial instincts and his ability to balance execution and planning profiles. He has an exhaustive knowledge of the Indian mobility industry, electric vehicles industry, auto-rickshaw industry, e-rickshaw industry, scooter industry, digital products management, and passenger cars industry. He is also the oldest employee of OLA Electric and has been a part of the company's growth from 5 people to 300+ people, 100+ fully developed workstreams, and one of the fastest Indian unicorns. Aankur is a curious individual who believes that listening is an important tool for developing relationships. He is good at having conversations with people across varied age groups, adapting to all types of cultures, and developing and mastering new skills with time. He prefers house parties over clubs, jazz over EDM, and outdoor games over indoor games. Aankur holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SP Jain Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from HBTI, Kanpur. He is also one of the youngest Indian (12 yrs old) black belt holders in TAE-KWON-DO and has won multiple national and state-level championships. Additionally, he has completed basic music certifications provided by reputed international institutions and has won several industry competitions, including the search for strategist at Mahindra and TBLA regional rounds. Aankur's past work experience includes serving as an Associate Director of Strategy at OLA Electric, where he created and managed workstreams to steer the company forward, provided structure and organized review cadence to ensure maximum productivity across the organization, and handled multiple assignments across Strategy, Branding, Marketing, Sales, HR, Fin, Ops, Product Planning, Design, Budgeting, costing, Engg., Alliances, PR, Investor relations, and Program Management to address ambiguities and uncertainties. He has also worked as a Senior Manager of Strategy & Projects at OLA Electric, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the electric mobility division.
