environments and product monitoring. Implement scalable data analyst solutions using Splunk. Manage and develop secure Linux harden image via Ansible that is used by multiple teams. Design and implement test frameworks for both hardware (C++), webservice (Java), and webUI (Selenium), product development, release engineering, source control maintenance. Do everything position that involves many types of environments.

My primary responsibility is designing, developing and maintaining a test automation system that uses a scripting language to control test hardware. I train QA and Development staff on how to use the system which dramatically increases the efficiently of the entire development life-cycle. I also develop and maintain hook scripts that inject meta data directly into the header source code upon every commit.

My primary responsibility was to provide Quality Assurance for Legacy/UEFI firmware solutions and Windows/Linux/DOS based tools.  I designed effective test plans that ensure the best quality of the product given strict time constraints. I developed test automation and development tools that isolate and perform statistical analysis of the code and assist in the development processes. I debugged and resolved firmware bugs and customize products for customers’ specific needs.

Assisted students, faculty and staff with technology issues pertaining to office applications, operating systems (Windows XP, OSX) and hardware. Developed documentation to assist client’s learning. Assigned complex tasks that required detailed procedures and close coordination with clients.
