Aaron McCloud is a highly accomplished Founder/ CEO at Intervene K-12 with over 15 years of experience in developing strategy, business and project planning, and operational execution. His expertise in project planning and execution has made him a valuable asset to his team and clients. As the Co-Founder/ CEO of Intervene K-12, Aaron is passionate about turning struggling students into high performers who are ready for the workplace of tomorrow. His dedication to education and his ability to develop innovative solutions have resulted in the success of Intervene K-12. Before his current role, Aaron worked at Shell Oil Company as Offshore Projects where he planned and managed offshore projects from FEED stage, through fabrication, to offshore installation campaigns including FPSO riser and umbilical pull-ins and offshore package installations aboard TLPs. He also worked at Austal USA as Shipbuilding - Projects. Aaron's education history includes a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Aaron is a results-driven professional who is committed to achieving success in everything he does. His ability to lead and motivate his team has resulted in the successful completion of numerous projects throughout his career.
