Aaron Walmsley is a seasoned Finance Director with over 22 years of experience in the marketing services industry. He is currently holding the same position at Troika/Mission Group, where he is responsible for the financial control, management, and reporting for the group. Aaron is comfortable working with independent entrepreneurial businesses, large networks, or plc holding companies. Aaron's strengths include business transformation, systems implementation/change, building strong finance teams, gaining cross-functional rapport and trust, and delivering quick-turnaround, robust financial information. Aaron's past experience includes working as a CFO/FD consultant, where he provided business partnering and advice to owners, prepared businesses for sale through due diligence and quick implementation of systems and processes, and managed financial control across multiple regions. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer at The Health Hive Group Limited, where he was responsible for business partnering and advice to owners, financial control, management, and reporting for the group across 8 agencies in 3 regions, and working capital management across all agencies. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Finance from The University of Waikato. He is proficient in Apache Hive, Research Scientist, and Integration.
