Aarthi Anand is a passionate HR professional with a growth-oriented mindset and a people-driven approach. With a background in Journalism and Human Resource Management, she has built a strong foundation and enhanced her skills through various internships and work experiences. Aarthi is always eager to learn new skills and meet new people. Currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Google, she is responsible for hiring UX Engineers, BSA's, and SDE's in Bangalore and Hyderabad. In her previous role at Freshworks, Aarthi hired early talent for tech and non-tech verticals, worked on end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborated with recruitment vendors. She also coordinated hiring drives and built offer letters, travel reimbursements, and onboarding processes for new joiners at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. Aarthi's education includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from MOP Vaishnav College for Women. Her relevant experience in software engineering, design, testing, backend, and ML spans over 6 years.
