Aarushi Girdhar is a Product, Tech, and Marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she serves as a Senior Design Engineer at Arm, where she handles partner engagements and communications with Foundry partners and their end customers regarding technical enhancements, IP feature upgrades, and Arm solutions. She is also responsible for leading the prioritization, planning, and execution of all customer requests and enhancements for all customer support activities. Aarushi is an expert in project roadmap development and timely delivery of multiple memory projects for Foundry customers and Arm's internal POP IP optimization for Cortex-A processors. She is also skilled in managing internal stakeholders like marketing, internal Pre-sales, project management, licensing, and partner support teams to ensure seamless project execution and risk mitigation. In her previous roles at Arm, Aarushi served as the Noida Warranty Support Lead, where she handled all customer support and warranty projects planning and prioritization based on customer tier, contract SLA time, and urgency of the request. She also resourced, planned, and tracked the delivery of Warranty projects for foundry partners and end OEM customers like Samsung, Realtek, TSMC, GF, etc on various technology nodes. Additionally, she served as a Marketing Specialist, where she rotated through the Partner Enablement Group and was responsible for email nurturing campaigns for partner onboarding, social media promotion campaigns for events and conferences, outbound marketing and collateral design, web analytics using Google Analytics to improve user acquisition channel engagement and better user experience, and partner support and training recommendations strategy for existing partners. Aarushi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has completed an Immersive Product Management & Growth course from HelloPM. She is skilled in web technologies and has a strong background in product management, marketing, and technical support.
