Aarzoo Bhatia is a seasoned Product Manager with 3+ years of experience leading product and engineering teams. She is currently a Product Manager for Freddy AI at Freshdesk Omnichannel, where she is on a mission to improve the efficiency and productivity of customer support agents worldwide. Aarzoo has a strong background in digital product management and agile full-stack development, with expertise in technologies including NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and ROR. Aarzoo's experience includes spearheading numerous projects in association with the Andhra Pradesh Government (APeRx App), Novo (1mg Diabetes Care Plan), and ICICI (OPD App). She has also worked on feature development of the Doctors' Chat Module in 1mg. At Freshworks, Aarzoo has conceptualized an ML-based app recommendation feature through competitor study to increase app adoption rate by 15%. She has also launched automated monthly sales reports to improve user experience for 16 app developer partners. She led a team of 5 to design and develop Andhra Pradesh Government's Web Dashboard to track prescription and dispensation of free anti-TB drugs in 13000+ private health facilities in the state.
