Aashay Bhogte is a recent graduate from BITS Pilani with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Finance. He is currently working as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Schneider Electric where he is gaining valuable experience in the field of engineering. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Aashay completed internships at National Textile Corporation Limited and The Financial Doctors. At National Textile Corporation Limited, he worked on a project under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Head of Tata Mills, a subsidiary of NTCL. He provided solutions to the regional manager on how NTCL can promote its brand in a way that benefits the Mill and suggested a marketing model that would help in better conversion of leads of newer clients. At The Financial Doctors, Aashay gained insights on the various tools that are used for technical analysis and their applications on simulation platforms in the FOREX markets. In the last leg of the internship, he developed a technical analysis strategy that worked with 75% accuracy across equity, forex, and commodities market using the Chikou span from the Ichimoku cloud system. Aashay's education at BITS Pilani has equipped him with a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering and Finance. He has demonstrated his ability to balance academic excellence and extracurricular activities, having been an active member of the Entrepreneurship Cell, the Finance Club, and the Chemical Engineering Association. With 1.86 years of relevant experience, Aashay is a highly motivated individual with a passion for engineering and finance. He is committed to developing his skills and knowledge in these areas and is always seeking new opportunities to learn and grow.
