•	Manage the Google Mobile Services (GMS) Implementation and Compliance for Lava, XOLO Smart Phones.
•	Communicate between different stake holders like Google, MediaTek, Spreadtrum, developers and 3PL partners to fetch timely approvals from Google.
•	Involved in complete software development life-cycle including requirement sharing, GMS testing and resolution of issues.
•	Reduced turnaround time for GMS Test Cycle to 4 days wherein the industry standard was 7 days.
•	Reduced compliance cost from 1725USD to 800 USD for each approval.
•	Worked on a project which focuses on single development source for multiple countries. The target was to reduce the development effort and Compliance cost. The traditional practice was to customize different SW as per each launch region.
•	Weave international projects of Lava Hong Kong to compliance process.
•	Setup and manage team for GMS internal testing and align it as per defined process.
