Aastha Kedia is a passionate and aspiring product manager with experience working with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and manage enterprise tech solutions at Dell Technologies. She also conceptualized and built user testing requirements and strategies to test user flows in conjunction with engineering and product teams to increase customer satisfaction scores. She led SAP GUI Scripting use case development to run internal campaigns as POCs (Proof of Concepts) and drove discussions with technical and functional teams to build a long-term testing roadmap and prioritizing scenarios. Aastha automated user scenarios in SAP Application to improve data processing and efficiency by 50% and streamlined and managed work streams on accounts to report, order to cash, and manufacturing, reducing manual efforts by 90%. Aastha has also worked as an Undergraduate Intern with the SAP Automation Team at Dell, where she conceptualized a framework for internal usage driving efficiency and reducing manual effort. She drafted requirements and functional specifications to be reviewed by product, design, and engineering teams, drove scrum responsibilities to drive test execution and status meetings with project stakeholders, identified areas for improving efficiency, prioritized automation test cases, and pitched solutions to close these gaps. She maintained tasks, stories, and backlog using Microsoft TFS for project tracking and status reporting. Aastha has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shiv Nadar University and has completed her Math Physics Chemistry from FIITJEE and Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education from Delhi Public School. Her tech stack includes test, Software Engineer, product manager, and QA.
