With over 7 years of experience in product development, product management, business strategy, programming, machine learning, and blockchain, Aayush has established himself as a prominent figure in the Indian fintech industry. Aayush's inspiration for Kapwise came during his time at HSBC, where he worked as a software engineer. He realized that there was a significant gap in financial literacy and wellness among the middle-class population in India. With Kapwise, Aayush aims to bridge this gap and provide a comprehensive platform that empowers individuals to take control of their financial well-being. Prior to founding Kapwise, Aayush also established Kapnix, a cryptocurrency exchange for India. He built the digital asset management and exchange module on Ethereum Blockchain and wrote the ICO paper. Aayush's experience in blockchain technology and software engineering has been instrumental in the development of Kapwise. Aayush holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has also been a member of various teams at HSBC, including the ADM and Transformation Staff, IT COO, Innovation Labs, Global Banking and Markets, Global Fixed Income, Global Commercial Banking, and Global Data Engineering.
