Aayush Bhola is an MBA candidate at XLRI Jamshedpur and a former Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in the e-commerce domain. He is an expert in Product Development and Software Engineering and applies a systemic and broad business perspective to product development. Aayush's role is aimed at improving speed to market and adding value to customers with an appropriate business model through a combination of platforms, products, and services. Currently, Aayush works as a Product Manager for the Commerce Management team at Dell, which supports Dell's online and offline business globally and ensures delivery of services to end-users. Aayush is responsible for complete ownership of the product validation process and leading the development team. He collaborates with cross-functional teams advising on the feasibility of technical solutions for business requirements and planning delivery. Prior to this, Aayush worked as a Software Development Engineer II and Technical Lead at Dell, where he was responsible for leading the development team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advise on the feasibility of technical solutions for business requirements and planning delivery. He also worked as a Software Development Engineer I at Dell, where he implemented Lean Product Development, delivering user requirements and fixing code defects to expedite the product delivery process. Aayush holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from XLRI and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Manipal University. He completed his high school education in Science from Delhi Public School. Aayush's tech stack includes Product Management, Software Engineering, and Senior Software Engineering.
