Aayush Gupta is a seasoned Lead Data Scientist with over 3 years of experience in Data Science and Deep Learning. He has a proven track record of addressing business challenges with Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and implementing solutions on the cloud (AWS & GCP). Aayush has created a number of end-to-end projects and proofs-of-concept (POCs) aimed at clients in the BFSI industry. Aayush is proficient in building chatbots using Rasa Framework and has worked directly with clients to generate problem descriptions and pre-sales activities. His research and application interests include machine learning, natural language processing, and the creation of artificially intelligent bots. He has spent the majority of his professional life developing production-ready machine learning models and bots. Currently, Aayush is working as a Lead Data Scientist at Call AI, a company committed to CX transformation. In his previous role as a Data Scientist at Humonics Global, Aayush built a product to automate car insurance claims using Deep Learning to bring down claim processing time from an average of 4 days to under 15 minutes. He also built Goal-Oriented Chatbots to assist people in Claim Intimation/First Notice of Loss (FNOL) which would work over IVR reducing dependency on Human Agents to reduce cost with High Availability. Additionally, Aayush worked on Goal-Oriented Chatbots for Covid 19 vaccination awareness & appointment booking in the USA for the unvaccinated population. Aayush has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth and completed his high school education from Gagan Bharati Public School. He is well-versed in a range of technologies such as Data Scientist, Research Scientist, AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, AWS, Computer Vision, GCP, Reinforcement Learning, and Python.
