Aayush Kumar is a LiFT Scholar, GitHub Extern'21, and Open Source Contributor with a passion for DevOps and Full Stack Development. He is an enthusiastic open-source developer who completed hacktoberfest and has been actively helping in the forums. Aayush has skills in Docker, Python, and a growing interest in JavaScript and Golang. His projects are generally open-sourced and available on his GitHub. Aayush has worked with asynchronous Python for a bot project that he developed for his college community, and he is actively using React for his more recent projects. He plans to deploy his projects for a better showcase. Aayush's team recently placed 3rd in a National level hackathon, with 95+ teams, where they developed an AI-based integration for CCTV systems to enable auto anomaly detection. Aayush is interested in developing real-world applications and believes that opportunities are right around the corner. He is currently working as a GitHub Externship Fellow at Deskera, where he is building a customer payment portal around their Books platform. During his externship, he got to work with different payment SDKs and gained a close look at the problems that relate to handling large-scale transactions. Aayush has also worked as an Open Source Contributor at Layer5. Aayush has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar University. He also holds a High School Diploma from Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, where he studied PCM-CS in his 11th and 12th grades. Aayush was awarded the LiFT Scholarship by the Linux Foundation in the 'Cloud Captains' category, and he will be spending the next year completing the LFS211 (Linux Networking and Administration) as well as the Certified Kubernetes Administrator exam (CKA). Aayush's tech stack includes DevOps, Kubernetes, Python, AI, Docker, Javascript, Integration, and Golang. He has relevant experience of 1.68 years.
