Aayush Mishra is a Software Development Engineer II at Microsoft with over 4 years of relevant experience in backend and full-stack development. He discovered his passion for coding at a young age and has been honing his skills ever since. Aayush has worked with various technologies and frameworks such as Java, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, REST, GRPC, Data Structures and Algorithms, Spring, SpringBoot, JPA, Hibernate, Github, System Design, Intellij IDEA, JSON, RabbitMQ, JUnit, Mockito, Gradle, Maven, Test Driven Development, Distributed and Concurrent Systems, Microservices, and Agile development practices. Aayush has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Bolt and as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Fareye. During his tenure at Bolt, he was the owner of three new event-based microservices related to rental marketing and charging docks. He used SNS, SQS, Redis, Typescript, Prometheus, and MySQL for these microservices and monitored them with Graphana and Kibana. At Fareye, Aayush wrote APIs that handled around 20k requests per minute and optimized configuration download API from 100s to under 3s. He also created microservices, migrated monolithic service to microservice, designed and developed REST APIs, and used JUnit and Mockito for testing. Aayush also optimized REST APIs by creating multiple APIs serving thousands of hits per minute, brought down a REST API's response time from 100s to 3s using caching, and worked on connectors that are fully configurable REST API clients. Aayush has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Youth Cybersecurity Forum. He is proficient in software engineering, microservices, Redis, P2P, test, RabbitMQ, Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring, infra, Typescript, MySQL, web, backend, and mobile development.
