Aayush Nagpal is a dynamic professional with a passion for project management and consulting in the education sector. He is currently a Project Manager at REN Projects, a specialized consulting and project management firm for the higher education sector in India. Aayush has been associated with GradRight since its inception and is a part of the founding team. Aayush has gained varied experience in different fields and built leadership and teamwork skills through his involvement with Rotary International for their polio mission and as the founding Student Life Chair at his university. During his university days, he played a pivotal role in setting up the university's founding fest - 67th milestone as the founding fest chair. At REN Projects, Aayush has worked on several projects with a strong focus on finance alongside analytics and process development. He has assisted in the development of financial models for institutes and universities being set up, worked on the development of financial aid frameworks, and interviewed over 400 students and parents to disburse financial aid to the right candidates. Aayush has also created a framework for providing benefits to the whole team in terms of tuition waivers for their wards based on the revenue and expenses of the client. He has assisted in the ideation and development of admission criteria for clients for shortlisting students in a holistic manner. Aayush holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Software Engineering from BML Munjal University. He has also completed his schooling from Assumption Convent School and DAV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School. Aayush is proficient in the use of Corpus and has relevant experience of 4.78 years. He is a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering value to clients.
