Currently, he is working as a Senior Analyst - BI at Egon Zehnder, where he is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Aayush has previously worked with renowned organizations like EY, Globyte, and Motherson, where he gained extensive experience in data analytics and software engineering. During his tenure at EY, he worked on various projects related to data analytics, including analyzing the data of Covid-19 vaccination drive across India, which helped the ministry to streamline the vaccination drive. He also worked on Anti Money Laundering Risk Analytics for Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), where he analyzed the data of suspicious transactions received from reporting units like Banks, Insurance Agencies, Casinos, MF houses, etc. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at GlobalLogic, Aayush worked on DataHouse – Insurance Enterprise View (IEV) and Reporting Decisions. He was responsible for managing, enhancing, and developing SSRS reports, enhancing SSAS cubes, and providing production support to clients ETL jobs. Aayush holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, where he graduated in 2017.
