Aayushi Jain is a dynamic Change and Culture Lead and Technical Delivery Manager with a proven track record of 7+ years in the information technology and services industry. She is a Certified Scrum Master and experienced Program Manager, adept at managing agile projects with a background in Salesforce, database, GCP, apex, and Java. As a Scrum of Scrum for the SID Cluster with 6 squads in the Fibre Network Delivery space at BT, Aayushi manages the end-to-end delivery of the program. She is responsible for organizing the Big Room Planning/ PI planning every quarter, acting as a Scrum Master for cross-technology (Salesforce, Informatica, Haas) in Openreach, collaborating across teams for dependencies and delays, and managing the Risk Register. Aayushi also serves as the Well-being Coordinator for Openreach. Previously, Aayushi worked as a Software Engineer at SAP, where she worked as a c-user in Operations at SAP SuccessFactors using ITIL guidelines.
