AB Satyaprakash is a software engineer and creator with a passion for coding scalable and performant applications for all platforms. Currently working as an Applications Engineer 2 at Oracle Cloud Applications with the Oracle AI Apps team, he has also interned with Oracle under the Oracle Cloud HCM team and accepted a PPO. AB Satyaprakash is a graduate of IIT Guwahati in 2022 from the department of Mathematics and Computing. During his time there, he held multiple PORs, most notably as the App Dev Head of SWC. He was also offered a stream change during his first year due to excellent academic performance. Apart from his work at Oracle, AB Satyaprakash has done numerous other internships, freelanced, and contributed to open-source projects. He was one of the 170 fellows of the first batch of MLH Fellowship. Most recently, his team bagged the bronze medal in Mercari's Large Scale System Design Hackathon - as a part of Inter IIT Tech Meet 10.0. A few months ago, AB Satyaprakash started a YouTube channel to teach students the essence of software development and help them learn, code, and build projects from scratch. He also creates content on Medium and LinkedIn. He has worked as a Content Creator for YouTube, where he talks about software engineering - current trends, new concepts, best practices, tutorials, and career-related stuff. He has also worked as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador for Microsoft, where he enhanced students' employability by offering training in skills not usually taught in academia, including knowledge of Microsoft technologies. AB Satyaprakash has a diverse range of interests, including astrophysics, machine learning, and history. When not coding, he enjoys playing badminton, reading novels, and writing pieces of poetry. He has a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, with a field of study in Mathematics and Computing.
