Abbas Abidi is a Lead ServiceNow Developer with over 7 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Integrations, and Cloud. He has extensive knowledge of the nowPlatform and has successfully designed and built ServiceNow native applications, custom applications, and integrations. Abbas has delivered various projects including the implementation of all the modules of ITOM, ITSM, App Engine, ServiceNow integrations with different Cloud providers, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and numerous SaaS and PaaS applications. He also has experience in Disaster Recovery implementation on AWS. Abbas is currently working as a Lead Developer at Alcor Solutions and has previously worked as a Technical Consultant at HCL where he implemented various modules of IT Operations management, IT Service Management, and built integrations and custom applications on the nowPlatform. Apart from his professional experience, Abbas has also served as the General Secretary at Technovibes where he encouraged students to identify opportunities and acquire crucial management skills. He conducted various workshops and social, cultural, and technical events inside the campus for the overall development of an individual and was responsible for all sorts of participation of students in Technical, Cultural, and Literary activities, inside or outside of the campus. Abbas holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and completed his High School education at United Public School. He is well-versed in DevOps, AWS, Ansible, Jenkins, and other relevant technologies. Abbas is a consultant and an avid reader who likes to stay fit and loves meeting new people, focusing on forging good relationships.
