Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

● Tested all backend services and APIs related to the Transmission methods that are responsible for transmitting the orders to the vendors.

● Helped to Work on collecting all business knowledge, how the company works, and how the system works in most of all areas of work in the company.
● Worked on delivering a new ERP System “Infor” to cover company business and upgrade the company with system standards.
● Tested the TMS “Transportation Management System” application that manages all transportation in the company. 
● Dealt with “IG Solutions” & “Bettertech” Portuguese Companies for the new ERP system.
● Helped to launch those two modules and developed some other features to meet the user’s criteria.
● Experienced in communicating with external teams for business needs and reporting issues.
● Support all users after going live that have used these applications (Technical and Business). 
● Helped to build a handy playbook and user guide for these modules.
