Here, he developed features such as FAQ, Small Talk, and revamped a Linux interface. He also worked on ontology features, which trained the AI engine to work on a chain of queries. His work at active.ai helped him to gain expertise in AI, Web, and UI technologies. Abdul completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Panimalar Institute of Technology in 2019.
