Abe Bazouie is a Site Reliability Engineer at Zillow with a passion for cyber security. He has always been concerned about security and privacy, which led him to expand his knowledge in the cyber security field. Abe's fields of interest include pentesting, OS hardening, risk management, incident response, IDS/IPS/firewall, and security architecture. He has extensive experience in web application security, cryptography, malware analysis and reverse engineering, information security governance and risk management, and computer forensics. With almost 10 years of experience in IT, Abe is also experienced in Linux/Solaris, distributed storage and processing (Hadoop), and cloud computing (VMWare/Open Stack). He has worked as an Instructor for RHCSA-RHCE at Moore Norman Technology Center and as a Senior Linux System Engineer at National Weather Center. Abe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Molasadra University. He is skilled in SRE, Hadoop, and web technologies.
