Abhay Garg is a Senior Software Engineer at Optum (UHG) with over 5 years of experience in software engineering. He is a graduate of VIT with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. Abhay is passionate about writing code and using software skills to solve real-life problems. He believes in the power of programming to transform and improve the lives of people around the world. Abhay has experience in various domains, including Healthcare Fintech and Real-World Evidence Product. As a full-stack developer, he is involved in cloud migration, designing front-end using ReactJS, backend with JAVA & Spring Boot frameworks, batch jobs, and microservices, among others. He has worked on deep learning projects, including Automated Question Answers Generation System, which is currently helping millions of parents with their questions regarding parenting. Outside of work, Abhay is an avid reader and participates in an active book club. He is also a member of Toastmasters, where he hones his public speaking skills. Abhay plays the piano to improve his intellectual skills and enjoys swimming and working out to keep fit. He is a 1st Rank Holder in 10th grade and has completed his 11th and 12th from Creative Public Sr. Sec. School, Gangapur City. Abhay is a skilled Software Engineer, Data Scientist, and a quick learner who is always eager to take on new challenges.
