Abhijit Sipani is an experienced software testing professional with over 8 years of experience in the field. He has also spent 3 years leading a global team as an automation and test process lead, where he was responsible for leading automation projects from start to finish in a Software Lifecycle. Currently, Abhijit is working as a Software Engineering Manager at Cisco, where he leads an awesome team in building smart automation for the Managed Switching (MS) product portfolio for Cisco Meraki, and helps maintain the product quality program. Prior to his current role, Abhijit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cisco, helping to build smart automation for the Meraki Managed Switches product line. He has also worked at Nokia as a Public Cloud Automation Lead, where he was credited with a flawless acceptance test and was awarded for outstanding performance. At Nokia, Abhijit was consistently recognized as the best performer for two years and led the entire system verification and acceptance testing campaign for the Jupiter ER4.0 release. Abhijit holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar. He has a diverse tech stack, including experience in test automation, Python, Jenkins, Terraform, Selenium, CI/CD, SDET, Kubernetes, Docker, iOS, DevOps, GCP, web, and infra. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Abhijit is a skilled software testing professional who has proven his ability to lead global teams and deliver high-quality automation projects.
