Abhijith Ravuri is an accomplished Engineering Manager with a passion for getting things done. He has a keen interest and extensive experience in Full Stack Development, specifically in the MEAN Stack, and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale systems written in C/C++/Java/Python. Abhijith is also actively involved in helping to spread computer science fundamentals through e-learning platforms. Currently, Abhijith is working at CommerceIQ as an Engineering Manager. His primary responsibility is to write multi-cloud platforms for Storage, Queues, and No SQL Databases. He has worked extensively from scratch to create a common proxy server platform that links both DynamoDB of AWS and Azure Cosmos DB (DocumentDB). This project enabled around 60 services in Adobe with huge codebases to leverage the power of two clouds with a single line of code change. This project also enabled services to break tight coupling with any cloud provider and resulted in reduced cloud provider costs. Abhijith has previously worked at OYO as a Software Developer 2, where he was responsible for building modules that onboarded hotels across the globe as part of the Transformation team. He built a completely new lead-to-live process that brought down the hotel onboarding time from existing 2-3 weeks to 2-3 days. Abhijith has also worked at Adobe as a Member of Technical Staff 2. He was responsible for writing multi-cloud platforms for Storage, Queues, and No SQL Databases.
