Abhik Chakraborty is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for coding. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science. With a CodeChef rating of 4* (1857) and over 500 Leetcode problems solved (including 120+ hard problems with 70% accuracy), Abhik has proven himself to be a talented problem solver. Abhik is currently working as a CommunityBridge Mentee at The Linux Foundation - OpenPrinting, where he is working on implementing the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) Scan and extending the current printer application frameworks like PAPPL. He was also a mentee for Google Summer of Code 2019 and a mentor for Google Code-In 2019. Before joining The Linux Foundation, Abhik worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Signzy, where he worked with the full-stack development team, added filtering features in AngularJS, integrated third-party APIs, developed XQuery modules that provide information on UI elements, and deployed to the production server. He also worked with the backend team, configuring databases using MongoDB. Abhik is also the founder of D.Linker, a platform for the ease of doctors. He has a diverse educational background, having completed his IPE from Vijaya Ratna Junior College and his ICSE from Holy Cross School. Abhik's technical skills include MongoDB, search, UI, backend, NodeJS, and AngularJS. With 1.85 years of relevant experience, Abhik is a highly motivated and skilled software engineer who is always looking to learn and grow in his field.
