Abhilash has also worked as a TAS Intern with Tata Technologies Limited, where he completed three independent priority projects under the CHRO, drafted the first Subcontractor Management policy & process with inputs from Legal, Purchase & HR, and revised the Employee Handbooks for Singapore & Thailand tailored to the regions’ compliance. Abhilash holds a PGP degree in Business Administration and Management from IIM, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli, and an HSC (12th Grade) in Computer Science from SIES Sion (W), Mumbai.
