Abhilash Mohapatra is a dynamic and versatile professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the telecommunications and software industry. He is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Abhilash has previously worked at Samsung Research Institute (Noida) for 25 months, where he led the commercial launch of Voice over WIFI for telecom operators and managed the resolution of over 700 live issues for 30+ operators to ensure positive brand engagement. He worked in a team of 5 to develop a solution to bring down IMS latching time by 13% and spearheaded the integration of OBDM data monitoring application for Verizon US in 25+ models. Abhilash was also elected Employee Representative among 150 employees and led a team of 4 to ensure high cultural index. Abhilash holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computers Science from IIT ISM Dhanbad, where he was an academic topper for 12 consecutive years during school. He held the position of responsibility as an Event head and published an analytics research paper in international IEEE conference. Apart from his professional achievements, Abhilash is a music and art enthusiast and plays keyboard in his free time. He creates sketches and paints and has a blog on behance.
