Abhilash has also used Spring MVC to handle all the requests of the client, including payment of bills, reporting a claim, getting a quote on an insurance policy, getting information about a policy holder or a policy, etc. He has integrated Spring DAO for data access using Hibernate to fetch data from the database. Spring Data JPA was used over Hibernate, which reduced a lot of boilerplate code and also reduced the number of queries that needed to be written. Abhilash has also worked on Project MSO - Barclays, where he used Restful API to automate the incident resolution process. Abhilash holds a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
