Her responsibilities included designing and implementing functional and automation test strategies and solutions for complex projects, providing strategic support to new and complex engagements, and defining standards and best practices for the organization. Abhilasha has also worked as a Senior Manager QA at Sapient, where she was responsible for delivering quality assurance services to clients across industries. Her experience in the industry spans across engineering transformation for clients and talent development of people. Abhilasha is an expert in QA, testing, and research science. She has a strong understanding of the industry and has been instrumental in defining standards and best practices for her organizations.
