Abhilashini A J is a Full Stack Software Engineer with a passion for developing solutions using Python. With over 6.5 years of experience in the software industry, Abhilashini has developed APIs, Web Apps, Full Stack Apps, Automation Scripts, Data Visualisations, and designed UI/UX. Currently working as an Associate Vice President at JP Morgan, Abhilashini is a Full Stack Developer in the Quantitative Research team. Abhilashini has worked with multiple companies in the past, including Atonarp, where she worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the Algorithms and Analytics division. During her tenure, she contributed to optical spectrometer toolchain development and created an automated model evaluation pipeline for measured CARS spectrum for accurate prediction of blood glucose levels in human tissue. She also developed a wavelength to wavenumber conversion module for optical spectrometer. Abhilashini has also worked as a Data Team Lead at Cisco, where she led global ETL, BI dev and QA teams for complete life-cycle management of visual analytical applications. She developed custom visualisations using D3JS for MicroStrategy and built NLP enabled chat-bots and NLP core algorithm for in-house CRMs. Abhilashini also designed a Natural Language Interface to Database for executive reporting using free-form and structured queries.
