Currently working as a Lead Consultant with Xebia, Abhinav has previously held positions as an Associate Engagement Manager at Quantiphi, where he was a Product Owner and Lead for innovation and product development in Conversational AI, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Kuliza, where he was a Product Owner and digital consultant for the delivery of digital transformation projects for the largest Singapore-based bank. Abhinav has a proven track record of success in his field, having designed digital journeys for customers & internal users & developed an API-based solution for web implementation of lending systems. He has also implemented digital transformation for banks, helping them to adopt changing market trends and enhance CX, leading to creating business value and a reduction in cost.
