Abhinav Gupta is a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for building customer-first ecommerce products. He is currently working as a Product Manager II at Flipkart, where he is responsible for developing products for the next 200 million customers. Abhinav has over 9 years of relevant experience in the industry, having previously worked at Rapido, Ericsson, and CareOcity. At Rapido, he was a Senior Product Manager and was responsible for driving end-to-end customer retention and growth initiatives using data-driven strategies. At Ericsson R&D, he was an engineer and worked on building cloud networking products for large-scale private and open-source telco deployments. Additionally, while at Ericsson, he co-founded a multi-speciality clinic and headed marketing and branding for two years, overseeing its growth from 0-1. Abhinav holds an MSc. (Hons.) Mathematics and a B.E. (Hons.) Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also has a strong educational background, having studied at Kalka Public School, New Delhi, and Sant Nischal Singh Public School, Yamunanagar, Haryana. Apart from work, Abhinav is an avid sports fan and loves to travel. He has a strong tech stack and is an expert in product management.
