Abhinav also added new vendors in one of the major branches in Rajasthan, which helped in getting competitive rates and further reduced the OPEX by 20%, in the span of 4 months. He established a new branch in Lucknow and organized training and video sessions for the handlers and laborers working in the branches, which helped the branches to reduce the wastages by 5-8% in the span of 6 months.
